Outages
Do you have an outage or cable damage? Or do you have a question about your fiber optic connection? Please first contact your service provider. VolkerWessels Telecom only resolves outages on behalf of network administrators. If your internet or television services are not working, you should report this to your service provider.
Other Damage or Complaints
